I don't care if I die
I don't care if you die
Or if the whole of humankind
Perishes due to Covid
Or indeed even if
The whole earth is blown to bits
By a massive asteroid.
Those who say they care
Don't know
What they are talking about;
They are mere children
Walking on the face of this earth
Lost in their play.
