My New Routine

5 am – 6 am: 15-min walk + Brushing + Bath

6 am – 8 am: Email check, Newspaper, Milk, Internet browsing

8 am – 9 am: 12-min walk + Breakfast break

9 am – 12:30 pm: Work (if any) OR Spiritual books and videos

12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: 12-min walk + Lunch break

1:30 pm – 4 pm: Meditation and Spiritual video or book (occasionally entertainment)

4 pm – 5 pm: 12-min walk + Bournvita break

5 pm – 6:30 pm: Meditation

6:30 pm – 8 pm: 12-min walk + Dinner break

8 pm – 9:30 pm: Meditation

9:30 pm – 5 am: Sleep
